FOUR men arrested earlier this week on suspicion of drugs offences have been charged and are due to appear at Carlisle Magistrates’ Court today.
Officers attended a property in Lonsdale Street in Carlisle on Wednesday where officers located a large cannabis grow within the premises.
Four men were arrested at the property and have subsequently been charged with producing a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis.
The men are 29-year-old Nikolin Progni, 42-year-old Klaudio Lekndreaj, 22-year-old Andrea Vukaj and 28-year-old Laurent Lena.
All are of no fixed address.
