THIS week's nostalgia will focus on Cumbria's medical memories across the years.
This collection of photos show our medical professionals hard at work.
One photo from the collection is Mary Eleanor Hall who was the commandant of the auxillary military hospital at Cockermouth Castle during WWI.
Ms Hall's memoirs were held at Cockermouth Heritage Group's annual exhibition at the Kirkgate Centre in 2016, where she shared her experiences.
Others snaps include nurses winning awards such as the annual Carlisle Nurse Training School prizegiving at the city General Hospital. You will also see in one pictures the training school the nurses attended.
They held an open day in April 1972 for aspiring healthcare professionals.
Other pictures show West Cumberland Hospital in Carlisle, as well as smaller hospitals such as Brampton Cottage Hospital, or now commonly named Brampton War Memorial Hospital.
