CUMBRIA Police are investigating an incident which occurred in Keswick earlier in the week.
A spokesperson for Cumbria Police said: "A 20-year-old woman was cycling along Borrowdale Road at 9pm on Monday, May 23 when a male in a van emptied a bottle of water at the victim as the van was passing her.
"The male was in the passenger side of a van which is described as a works van, which was dirty and white or light grey in colour with reflective red and yellow stripes on the back of it."
