'If 'lie' is unparliamentary language, what do we call it?'
IT was interesting to hear the Speaker of the House of Commons reminding members that the words 'lie' or 'liar' are not appropriate language for use in the Chamber.
Isn’t this a bit like having a butchers’ convention and reminding the delegates that the word 'meat' is inappropriate language in the convention hall?
