THIS week a nature space in Cumbria has launched a new games event for all the family to enjoy.
Hammond's Pond in Carlisle have introduced ParkPlay which is a new scheme designed for children and adults to have fun and play games.
A spokesperson from ParkPlay said: "Hammond's Pond ParkPlay was launched on Saturday 7th May. ParkPlay is a charity which provides free fun games and activities for the local community.
"Hammond's Pond ParkPlay runs from 9.30am every Saturday morning."
The group have put out a reminder that the event is completely free and there is no kit required. You do not have to be skilled to join in and it's all about playing games and having fun.
