NEWSQUEST North and West Cumbria titles have partnered with Sellafield Ltd for Mental Health Awareness Week to raise awareness for the West Cumbria Mental Health Partnership.
As part of this campaign, Mental Health Matters, a five-part video docu-series has been produced.
Today, we launch the first video as we shine a light on Healthy Hopes and Citizens Advice.

Also as part of Mental Health Matters, an eight-page awareness-raising supplement is in this week’s Whitehaven News and Times & Star.
And at the end of this month, we will be revealing those being honoured for supporting others through a difficult time or who have gone above and beyond to raise funds for a mental health charity.
