POLICE issue update following a serious road traffic collision.
Lane three of the M6 Southbound between J36 and J38 is now open after the RTC earlier.
A spokesman from Cumbria Police said: "There may still be delays in and around the area whilst agencies continue to deal with his incident."
Earlier this morning, Cumbria Police dealt with a serious RTC on the M6 Southbound between Junctions 36/37/38.
The motorway is closed off while they deal with the incident.
Diversion signs will be posted accordingly on the motorway.
