Town centre road to close for roadworks this month
A road is set to close for roadworks.
The entire length of Portland Place in Penrith will be closed temporarily on April 21 for roadworks to be carried out.
According to Cumbria County Council, it will only take one day for the work to be done.
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
