POLICE have confirmed that the missing Penrith man, Jonathan Hartley-Davis, has now been found. 

The 53-year-old was last seen this morning (Tuesday, March 22), shortly before 10:10am outside Sainsburys in Penrith, heading towards Princess Street.

A spokesperson for the police at the time he went missing, said: "Officers are concerned for Jonathan’s welfare and are keen to hear from anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts.

"He is described as around 6ft tall, of slim build and is likely to be wearing glasses. He has dark brown hair and last seen wearing a long-sleeved, dark top, a blue fleece and a dark blue waterproof coat.

"He also had on black jeans and shiny black boots. He may also have with him a green shoulder bag and possibly a carrier bag.

"It is possible Jonathan may have travelled by train to Carlisle this morning."
