An art gallery in West Cumbria has announced it will be delaying it's reopening due to high numbers of Covid cases.
Lowes Court Art Gallery have said that the store will be reopening later than planned to keep staff and visitors safe.
A spokesperson said: " We had planned to re-open on Tuesday 25 January but in light of the high numbers of COVID cases in Copeland we have made the difficult decision to delay the re-open until Tuesday 8 February. We totally rely on volunteers to man the Gallery and have a duty of care to try to protect them as much as possible. We are still open for business on line and click and collect."
