Officers in West Cumbria arrested an Egremont man yesterday (6 Dec) who was sought in connection with indecent exposure incidents in the area.
Darren Quinn, 35, of Main Street in Egremont was seen on the cycle path leading towards Cleator Moor at around 1.40pm. Officers swiftly attended and arrested him.
Quinn was this morning (7th December) charged with three counts of indecent exposure. He was transferred to Workington Magistrates’ Court without bail, where he was due to appear today.
Detective Inspector Hayley Wilkinson said: “Safe-guarding the community is a top priority. Such offences are taken extremely seriously, which is why we have acted swiftly on the information received and made this arrest.”
