A MAN from Holmrook has been fined for drink driving at St Bees.
Adam Atkinson, of Santon Bridge, drove a car at St Bees on September 11 with 123 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, exceeding the prescribed limit of 80 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, North and West Cumbria Magistrates' Court was told.
The 21-year-old pleaded guilty.
He was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 15 months.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34, totalling £239.
