A new dog groomers is going to open soon in the heart of a busy town centre.

The dog grooming salon is called Cutie Paws, and it is to be opening in Workington, and has been described by its owner as an exciting new venture.

Jesse Hall is opening Cutie Paws, as a salon with a self service facility that dog owners can book in or walk in and use the specialist dog grooming facilities.

Jesse said: "The pooches can choose from a spar menu which shampoos and treatments they would like to try.

"They can use the specialist baths and drying equipment all under supervision of the owner Jesse.

"The shop is very colourful and welcoming to the dog community and is a completely new concept for the area.

"We have a grand opening on November 13 at 15 Oxford Street in Workington.

"People can pop in and see how it all works and book their doggy pamper day."

According to information found on Pets4Home, the answer to how often you should get your dog groomed depends greatly on the breed, their condition and activity levels, as often as every six weeks is necessary for some dogs, while once or twice a year is fine for others.
