PLANS to extend a property in Cleator Moor have been submitted to the council.

Copeland Borough Council has received an application for planning permission from Miss Sullivan with plans to extend 157 Bowthorn Road.

Subject to planning approval, the Cleator Moor property will be extended to provide additional kitchen space, a shower room and a utility bar.

Calva Design Studio is the agent for the development which will involve a single storey extension to the rear and side of the property.

Full householder planning permission is required from Copeland's planning panel before the works can begin.

A single storey rear extension and the removal of a conservatory is also proposed at 4 The Green, Lamplugh.

The plans have been submitted to the council by homeowner Mr Stalker.

Electrical works will be carried out by a self-certified installer in accordance with IEE wiring regulations.

All planning applications submitted to Copeland Borough Council can be viewed by the public and commented on.

Comments of support or objection will be taken into account when the planning panel makes its decision.
