The NHS in Cumbria will be hosting an Annual Member's Meeting (AMM) and an Annual General Meeting (AGM) online.

Members of the public are invited to join this year's event after the success of last years.

It will take place on Tuesday 2nd November between 2:30pm and 3:30pm.

Peter Scott, chair of NCIC said: "While we will provide information about our activities, we are keen to ensure the focus is on answering your questions - so please submit these to us in advance if you can, or you can ask us on the day."

The AMM will involve North Cumbria Integrated Care (NCIC) and the AGM will involve North Cumbria Clinical Commissioning Group.

The event provides an opportunity for members of the public to learn more about the achievements of both organisations between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2021, the current financial position, reflections on the Covid-19 pandemic and plans for the future.

Jon Rush, chair of NHS North Cumbria CCG, said: "This annual event gives us the chance to update our community on our work over the last 12 months and this year we’ll be reflecting on the impact of Covid on our health and care services - what we have learned and will be keeping for the future."
