Glass fusing class for beginners this weekend
A CUMBRIAN venue is hosting a glass fusing workshop this weekend.
An Introduction to Glass Fusing takes place at Rheged in Penrith on Sunday, October 17.
The class starts at 2pm and lasts three hours.
Those attending will get an introduction to different forms of glass, how colour changes in the kiln and the basics of glass compatibility as you learn how to cut and fuse glass.
It will be taken by award-winning glass artist Roxanne Denny.
She has been teaching glass courses for the past nine years.
