Pupils at the Bishop Harvey Goodwin School are delighted with a new addition to their classroom.
The pupils are relishing the introduction of suitcases filled with a range of non-fiction books.
The aim is to bring the love of reading to pupils in the outdoors and came as a donation from a man who sadly passed away.
A spokesperson from Bishop Harvey Goodwin School said: "A kind and heartwarming donation was made by Bill Clarke as part of his final wishes at his funeral service.
"Bill had a love for literature and wanted to leave a legacy that makes a difference and promotes joy in children’s lives."
