Ban: The defendant must not go to Lightfoot Drive, Carlisle
A TWENTY-nine-year-old Carlisle man who had denied assaulting a woman has been convicted of the offence after a trial.
Wayne Foster Smith, of Meadow View, Harraby, committed the common assault on March 6, magistrates ruled. Sentence was adjourned until October 5 so that background reports can be prepared.
Smith was given bail but told that he is excluded from Lightfoot Drive, Carlisle.
