Appleby in Westmorland Council is putting on a Q&A on the Multi-Agency Strategic Co-ordinating Group (MASCG) for Appleby Fair Facebook page.
Taking part and able to answer your questions and concerns will be representatives from Cumbria Police, Eden District Council, Cumbria County Council, Highways and a representative from the Gypsy and Traveller community.
Appleby in Westmorland Council said: "The session is a chance to ask the group any questions you might have before Appleby Fair starts next month.
"To take part in the Q&A go to the discussion tab within the event.
"You can ask questions by commenting on any of the posts in the event or posting onto the event discussion wall.
"Questions from anyone are welcome."
