THE requirements of a restraining order made by Carlisle Magistrates were changed this week as the victim has moved address.
A restraining order against David Neil Harold, preventing him from contacting a woman by any means except via an agreed third party for the purpose of child contact was changed this week.
The conditions were changed to prevent him from entering a property in Carlisle where the victim has moved, until February, 2023.
North and West Cumbria Magistrates approved the request to change the restraining order against Harold on Thursday.
