Hearing: Carlisle Crown Court
A TWENTY-ONE year old man is set to face trial at crown court accused of a serious assault.
Daniel Noutch, of North View in Aspatria, appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court on Thursday.
He is accused of assaulting a man between January 7 and January 10, occasioning them actual bodily harm.
Noutch was sent for trial at Carlisle Crown Court on August 12.
