Firefighters were called out to a large wheelie bin fire near Keswick early this morning.
Keswick Fire Station were called out to a large wheelie bin fire at a campsite in Borrowdale.
The fire was extinguished using one hose reel jet.
Firefighters issued a safety appeal following the incident.
A spokesperson for Keswick Fire Station said: "Can we please remind everyone to ensure any hot materials placed in refuse containers are completely out."
