ANOTHER set of strikes have been announced for Scotrail services by the RMT.
The union is taking action against the train operator, that runs a number of services to and from Carlisle, because of a pay dispute, which has been rumbling on for a number of months.
Members will now strike every Sunday until July 18 with services likely to be affected.
RMT general secretary Mick Lynch said: “Ticket examiners will be taking strike action again every Sunday for the next two months in their fight for workplace justice. We are fully prepared to keep this battle for equality going until the company do the right thing."
