Tree planting: National Trust committed to
GOVERNMENT'S ambitious plans to plant 7,000 hectares of woodlands per year by 2024 need to be underpinned by the right policies, says the Country Land and Business Association (CLA).Approximately 7,000 hectares of woodlands will be planted per year by May 2024, alongside new initiatives to improve the health of trees, create more woodlands in cities and deliver thousands of green jobs.
