A woman has been fined for drink-driving.
Louise Scott Heap pleaded guilty to the offence at Carlisle Magistrates' Court yesterday.
On April 16, the 48-year-old Wetheral woman drove on the B6263, at Cumwhinton, with 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit.
She was disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £200, and told to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and court costs of £85.
