A WOMAN has been banned from driving after she was found to be more than three times over the legal limit for alcohol.
Kelly Dakers-Smith (38) of Lonsdale Close, Maryport, appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court on April 7.
She was stopped by police on Salmoor Way in Maryport on March 5 2021.
Dakers-Smith was found to have 109 mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg.
She pleaded guilty to the charge, and was banned from driving for 25 months, fined £80 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £95.
