A MAN has been handed a community order and a restraining order after being found guilty of stalking.
Anthony Relihan (57) of Park House, Lancaster, appeared at Carlisle Magistrates Court on April 7. He denied a charge of stalking relating to following a woman and loitering at her address in Cumbria.
He was found guilty and ordered to complete a community order involving a curfew for eight weeks between the hours of 8am and 6pm. A restraining order was also issued against the victim.Relihan was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £90 and costs of £500.
