Parts of three roads in a Cumbrian town have been closed for 12 days.
Junctions where St Helens and Market Place meet Kirkgate will be closed, with an alternative route via a the unrestricted section of St Helens, Castlegate Drive, Castlegate and the unrestricted section of Market Place.
Drivers wishing to travel from Kirkgate to Market Place will face a 2.1 mile diversion via the via the unrestricted section of Kirkgate, the B5292, Station Road, Gallowbarrow, Sullart Street, Main Street and Station Street.
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained throughout the work.
