Carlisle College is inviting potential future students to find out about life at the college at their upcoming virtual info sessions which take place up to Monday January 25.

Due to the current restrictions in place across the UK, the info sessions, which would traditionally be held in the multi-million-pound facilities of the college, will be held online.

The virtual sessions will provide potential future students with the opportunity to find out more about studying at Carlisle College, letting them gain an insight into the different courses available and take the opportunity to ask tutors any questions they may have.

There is a dedicated info session for each of the curriculum areas over this week and future students, along with their families, are invited to join as many sessions as they like to ensure they are able to explore all of their options for September 2021, and to find the right course for them.

Carlisle College has more than 100 courses available, from entry level through to degrees, ranging from art & design to accounting, business to beauty, media to motor vehicle, and hospitality to health and social care. These include a wide range of diploma courses which are worth up to 3 A-levels and provide a perfect alternative to school sixth form, allowing you to specialise in your chosen subject area and progress onto university – in fact it has more than 200 students applying to university through UCAS each year.

Visit the college website at and enter the virtual info hub which includes a range of FAQs, a video tour and you can also download and view the brand new 2021 Carlisle College Course Guide. You can also request an appointment with a tutor or the college careers adviser. The website also provides information about campus life, the student support available, course entry requirements and student finance options.
