A CUMBRIAN council has arranged a series of free online advice sessions to help local firms understand the new rules in place following Brexit.
Eden Council has partnered with consultancy Redkite Innovations to deliver a series of webinars for firms in the district, in order to help bring them up to speed on the new requirements brought about by Brexit.
The sessions are taking place on the following dates:
· Appleby: Wednesday January 20, 10am to12pm;
· Penrith: Thursday January 28, 10am to12pm;
· Alston: Thursday February 4, 10am to 12pm;
· Kirkby Stephen: Thursday February 11, 10am to 12pm.
The sessions will cover topics such as the new financial, legal and human resources issues arising from both Covid-19 and Brexit.
