Another powercut has been reported for homes in Cumbria
Electricity North West says the black-out is affecting homes in Penrith, in the CA10 postcode area.
It was reported just after 2pm, the estimated time of restoration is around 5pm.
On the website the utility firm states: "It has been caused by an unexpected incident on our high voltage cables."
