He denies the charge
A WHITEHAVEN man has denied an ABH assault on a woman.
Karl Goodfellow, 35, from New Street, appeared in the dock at Carlisle and District Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, flanked by two guards.
Goodfellow is charged with assaulting Zoe Flynn on April 26.
He had been remanded into custody before his appearance.
District judge Gerald Chalk remanded Goodfellow in custody. He will appear at Carlisle Crown Court on May 29.
