A key worker has been forced to pay a visit to the police custody suite.
Officers doing a routine stop found the driver had a 'familiar whiff' and a drug wipe showed traces of cannabis.
In a tweet sent out by Cumbria police, it read: "Keyworker, essential travel, cannabis instead of breakfast.
"Routine check at M6 Killington services gave a familiar whiff.
"A drug wipe gave a positive result for cannabis and a visit to custody for blood samples."
