The Met Office has issued a snow warning that will last until 2pm today.
The yellow warning will mostly cover most of the county but west Cumbria will avoid the snow showers.
It will most affect higher ground and could lead to travel disruptions.
What to expect:
- Some roads and railways likely to be affected, leading to longer journey times by road, bus and train.
This warning overlaps with a rain warning that currently covers all of Cumbria.
