Police deal with incident on busy road
Police are currently dealing with an accident on a busy road.
Newlands Lane in Workington is currently partially blocked due to an incident with traffic backed up, near to the junction of Hawkshead Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved, a Seat Ibiza and a Peugeot.
The female driver of the Seat Ibiza, 34, has been taken to hospital with injuries but they are not believed to be life threatening.
