A Maryport man has been given a tag and a fine after admitting causing damage to a vehicle.
Anthony John Smiles, 29, of The Arches, Maryport, pleaded guilty to squirting expanding foam over a silver/blue Mazda belonging to Claire Ambler.
The offence was committed in Workington between September 6 and 7.
At magistrates' court in Workington on Friday Smiles was given a four month curfew with electronic monitoring.
He must also pay £680 compensation, victim surcharge of £90 and £85 court costs.
