A man who breached a criminal behaviour order has appeared before magistrates.
Mark William Whitehead, 33, of William Street, Workington, pleaded guilty to the breach at West Cumbria Magistrates Court.
The court heard Whitehead entered Upton Street, Workington, on December 2 without reasonable excuse, when he was not allowed to do so in accordance with his criminal behaviour order.
He was fined £95 and ordered to pay £100 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
