Over the limit
A 36-year-old man was arrested by police officers on suspicion of drink-driving.
Police stopped a vehicle at about 1am today on Ullswater Road, Penrith.
A man, from Morepth was arrested after blowing 76 at the roadside - over twice the legal limit for drink-driving.
He has since been released under investigation.
