A Cumbrian law firm is celebrating after being featured in a prestigious guide.
Baines Wilson, which has an office in Carlisle, has been awarded an entry in the Chambers Guide, which rates the top legal firms in the UK.
Described as a well respected name in the market, Baines Wilson's corporate team have been ranked in one of the top bands, with the team praised for understanding the needs of a business and how this fits with the legalities.
Andrew Hill, head of corporate and commercial, was listed as a leading individual, ranked in band two. The guide describes him as someone who builds good relationships as well as being a good, technical lawyer.
Chambers and Partners rankings are based on in-depth independent research including interviews with each firm’s clients.
It is the 15h year in a row it has listed Baines Wilson as leading law firm.
