AN investigation has been launched after a house was broken into in Penrith.
Police say a property on Fell Lane in the town was targeted between 10am and 1.30pm on Thursday.
A spokesman said: "The unknown persons forced entry to the rear door, and have searched for items within the home."
Anyone with information should contact PC 2338 Coward on 101.
