A MAN has been arrested following an investigation into an alleged racially aggravated public order offence in a Morrisons car park.
The 28-year-old from Penrith was arrested and released under investigation.
It follows an investigation into an alleged offence outside the town’s Morrisons store.
The incident happened shortly after 9pm on August 8
Police say the alleged public order offence involved two men.
Officers are asking anyone with any information to contact PC 2515 Chadwick on 101.

The log number for the incident is 186 of August 8.
