TWO football fans have been arrested after a match in Carlisle.
The arrests were made after the Carlisle v Hibernian game in the city on Tuesday evening.
Hibs won 4-3 against Carlisle United in the friendly at Brunton Park.
A spokesman from Cumbria Police said: "We were called at about 10pm to the report of public order on Botchergate, Carlisle.
"A 26-year-old man from East Lothian was arrested on suspicion of a public order offence and remains in police custody.
"A 49-year-old man from Edinburgh was arrested on on Cecil Street on suspicion of assault and remains in police custody."
