A man accused of attempted burglary in Carlisle is due to appear in crown court.
James Tweedy, 41, appeared at Carlisle's magistrates' court today.
He entered no plea to the charge, which alleges he attempted to burgle a property on Waterman's Walk on Friday.
Tweedy, of Abby Street, Carlisle, is scheduled to appear before the crown court in the week of July 15.
Until then he was remanded in custody.
