A MAN admitted a public order offence and failed to surrender to the conditions of his bail.
Barrie Petre-Morgan pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause others harassment, alarm or distress in Carlisle on April 27.
He also admitted failing to surrender to Carlisle Magistrates Court on May 15 having been granted bail following the initial offence.
The 46-year-old, of Lewars Avenue, Lockside, Dumfries, was given a six-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.
