Being caught in Cleator Moor with a quantity of crack cocaine left a man with a court bill.
Nico John Whyment, 28, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Workington.
The court heard that he was caught with the Class-A drug on Monday, January 8 last year, in contravention of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Whyment, of Thackeray Close, Manchester, admitted the charge.
He was handed a £60 fine and ordered to pay an addition £85 in court costs and a £30 surcharge.
