Resisting a police officer landed a Seaton man in court.
Allan Ernest Moralee, 36, of Ling Road, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Workington to face a charge of resisting the constable in the execution of her duty.
He admitted the offence, which happened in Workington, and breaching a suspended sentence order.
Moralee was ordered to pay £175 in fines, £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.
No further action was taken in relation to the suspended sentence breach, which the court heard was due to expire shortly.
