A motorist from Brampton has been accused of driving dangerously at speeds and in excess of 123 miles an hour.
In court, Lee Gordon, 23, of Longtown Road, pleaded not guilty to committing the offence on the M74 near Ecclefechan in March.
He is due to go on trial at Dumfries Sheriff Court in August.
