DOCUMENT: A planning application has been submitted to Carlisle City Council
AN APPLICATION has been submitted to bring 17 new homes to a site west of Carlisle.
The plans to build 17 new homes were submitted to Carlisle City Council on March 22 and will see the development built on Monkhill Road in Moorhouse.
Included in the plans are proposals for 48 new car parking spaces.
The development will be a mix of two, three and four plus bedroom homes.
So far the application has received five letters of objection from residents.
