A PENRITH man has been charged with false imprisonment, theft of a motor vehicle and theft.
Matthew Gregg, 33, of Cornmarket, Penrith has been remanded to appear at Carlisle Magistrates' Court this morning.
It follows an appeal by police to trace an Alfa Romeo car from Penrith, which was believed to be in the Lanarkshire area of Scotland.
