Police were called to a two-car crash on a main road in West Cumbria.
Officers from Cumbria police were called to the A66 close to the Broughton and Brigham junctions at 7.35am today, March 26.
The crash involved a Skoda Fabia driven by a 33-year-old man from Maryport and a Citroen C2 driven by a woman from Shepton Mallet in Somerset.
A police spokesman said nobody was injured in the collision.
Rush hour traffic was disrupted while the crash was dealt with and the scene cleared.
